Rural Health Clinic Billing is provided as a subsidiary offering of HCS, comprised of employees whose sole focus is to address and perform the complex billing and management issues facing Rural Health Clinics and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
HCS works with VersaCom, Inc. of Greenwood, Indiana in utilizing a billing and management system devoted to RHCs and FQHCs. Formed in 1983, with a broad customer base throughout the Midwest, it specializes in integrated medical office management systems.
HCS understands that the RHC/FQHC billing environment is difficult to navigate, perform, manage data, and optimally collect all fees owed to the providers of RHCs and FQHCs. This requires intimate knowledge of the system and environment and also requires more “hands-on” processing of claims to ensure their accuracy, timeliness, submission, posting, follow-up and collecting. We work with each client to develop a relationship that solves their billing difficulties in order to promote community health.
